We need to talk! Dixie makes some hot BBQ sauce, but the Q is just
OK. You have your taste buds and I have mine, but I was not
impressed. BBQ is more than a hot sauce. The ribs I had were
under cooked(too tough), not enough smoke and the flavor bland.
If you want hot sauce just buy a BBQ sauce and add a few drops of
Dave's Insanity Sauce to it.
Try "Home of Good BBQ" at 19th and East Cherry in Seattle and
for great pork butt try Pecos Pit on 1st Ave So.(across the street
from the SODO Center) 2 blocks north of Lander.
If those 2 places don't make you throw rocks at Dixie you need to
come to my house.
