It's not Roswell but if you get over to Carlsbad, try the Dairy Queen. I didn't know about it last time I was there but have been told that some very fine Q is served there. Yes, I said the Dairy Queen.

You can try Scottys Pit BBQ in Roswell on Dernng St. Just don't let them talk you into trying the GREEN sauce.

When you stop in Farmington you can try The Sparerib BBQ Co. I grew in Farmington and ate there often. I liked thier Q better then the Rocky Mountain Rib. Have a safe trip......Bearly
