St. in Irving is only open Monday through Friday, so that leaves you with the best. The original Sonny Bryans BBQ on Inwood Rd, 1 mile north of Stemmons Frwy (35). A few years ago, some guy with some money here in town, bought the rights to open up more Sonny Bryans all around town, but the family kept the original place that's been there since 1910. They also must have left out some of the secrets, cuz none of the money mans places are even in the same ballpark as the original. Their phone number is 214-357-7520. They're only open Monday through Saturday until 2 pm, or until the food runs out, so don't miss it. Michael is the pitmaster there, and he is one hell of a guy.
