This CD is the collective work of the two great bbq cookbooks and over 60,000 messages that have been posted on the Barbeque forum.  The Forum is a very active message board where great cooks have been very generous with their secrets.  You can view the forum and read the messages as they are being posted.  You can even view some of the recent archived messages on the forum.  However, because of limited space on the web, purchasing the CD is the only way you can view these treasured messages from the last five years.  It has been the intent of the owner of the Forum to find a way to preserve these messages and that is what has lead to the creation of the CD.  We wanted to provide a lot of value by having the  two cookbooks on the CD and the messages of the last five years of the Forum, all in a searchable database, is a real bonus.  We hope you like the CD.  We are very proud of the collective work.
