Might try adding another egg. That usually helps solve the crumbly cornbread dielemma. I also like to cook cornbread at 425..may not help the crumblies but think it do improve the crunchies. Dont think the skillet be at fault.

while my cornbread hasn't seemed too dry, it has had tendency to be more crumbly than I like, going to add another egg and try it when I make it tonight, thanks for the tip BW.  Kevin & <more>
